Please read this document before you complete our booking as it provides important information about your booking and your rental, including what to bring with you when you pick up the vehicle and your responsibilities.

It is important to us that you enjoy your rental experience and that you have all the information you need. It might take you a little time now but it could save you time later.

CASH DEPOSIT -- there is a 200 euro deposit payable upon signing the contract fully refundable when returning the car after leasing time.

You have the option to pay via our website by card or at the office with cash or card.

All authorized car drivers by Wheels & Go are insured with civil liability to third parties for death, personal injury and property damage. Coverage is subject to the general conditions of the contract Wheels & Go has with its Insurance company. There is no coverage in the Turkish occupied area. There is no coverage for theft of personal belongings.

The minimum age is 23 years and maximum 75 years.

The driver must hold a car license for at least three years.

The driver is fully responsible for all fines and administrative penalties resulting from the fault of the driver and is charged with the full penalty amount. In this case, they should also be reported to Wheels & Go.

After the expiration of the agreed lease time Wheels & Go allows the tenant a grace period for returning the car up to 30 minutes at no charge. After the expiration of the aforementioned grace period, the tenant will be charge with at least the cost of an extra day.

If canceled at least 3 days before the delivery date then there is no fee. If canceled in less than 3 days before the delivery, then there will be charge 30% of the rental.

Without limit.

The company reserves the right depending on the availability to provide a different type of car than the original booking with another one of equal or higher class.

Wheels & Go rental cars are delivered filled with half (½) of the capacity of the fuel tank. Tenants should return the car with the same fuel level as they received it. If this is less than that when it was received, the tenant is charged the amount of €30.

Additional Driver: Daily charge of €5 for each additional driver.
Child seats, booster seats: Available on request FREE Of Charge.
GPS - Navigation: Available on request with a charge of €5 per day.

All prices and charges displayed are including VAT.

There will be no refund in the case where tenant give false information.
